Wake Up Well workshop at Whole Foods
Join us at Whole Foods on Saturday 5th May for a Wake Up Well workshop with Qnola founder and author of newly released book 'Well Being' - Danielle Copperman.
Danielle will be sharing her favourite energising morning rituals from the book including tapping and pranayama, accompanied by a nourishing, functional Qnola breakfast.
Following the workshop, guests will have the chance to speak with Danielle for a one-to-one consultation where she can advise which recipes and rituals from the book are best suited to support individual needs.
