. MINDFUL MORNINGS .
We're excited to announce the second instalment of Mindful Mornings, our series of bimonthly events to help people to wake more positively and more grounded, from the minute we transition from asleep to awake.
Many people are roused from their slumber by unnatural means, which are disturbing to the body and mind when they are at their most fragile. Although alarms are a necessary evil in this day in age, they trigger a sense of panic, haste and hostility in us, and instead of waking up naturally and gradually, our neurological system is jolted and our body’s and mind’s natural instincts are to remain like this throughout the day. However, we believe that if you give yourself a little more time in the mornings to focus on thinking positively, you're more likely to think more positively and openly about things that take place
To encourage and inspire people to wake up more positively, more open and more centered, our Mindful Morning event on Thursday 7th July will involve a cleansing morning tonic followed by half an hour of meditation lead by Kathryn Fielding. Guests will then enjoy an in-house or take-away Qnola breakfast bag consisting of a pot of seasonal Qnola, a ready-to- eat breakfast pot, a medicinal hot drink, a seasonal smoothie and other snacks (worth over £30) designed to keep you going throughout the day.
