Energy Boosting Smoothie

Liquid nourishment is a great method for feeling good through food. It's easy, quick, powerful and always delicious. Smoothies are also super adaptable - you can swap in and out certain ingredients if you don't have the exact supplies that a recipe calls for, and it hardly notices once everything is blended together.

INGREDIENTS
250ml plant-based milk
1 frozen banana (sliced)
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp avocado flesh
1 tsp matcha
1 tsp chia or flax seeds
Handful spinach
Handful ice cubes

METHOD
Add all of the ingredients to a blender (or high speed food processor) and blend on a high speed until fully combined. Serve instantly, over extra ice or enjoy as a smoothie bowl, topped with Qnola of choice.
