Chocolate Quinoa Crispies

Knock up a batch of these super easy, naturally indulgent Cacao quinoa crispies to add to your Easter offerings this weekend: 

INGREDIENTS
1/2 bag Almond & Vanilla Qnola
100g Ombar 72% Cacao chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil OR cacao butter
1 tbsp natural syrup (optional)
Small handful Cocoa & Walnut Quinoa Oat Crunch (or more Qnola)
Small handful cacao nibs
Pinch salt

METHOD
Melt raw chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water. Pour the Qnola into a mixing bowl and stir in the melted chocolate, followed by the other ingredients. Combine thoroughly with a wooden spoon or spatula until all the ingredients are evenly coated, then transfer to desired moulds to make individual bars, nests or clusters.
