. WAKE UP WELL LONDON FASHION WEEK . DURING + AFTER .
With NYFW behind us, London Fashion Week is officially in full swing. Hectic schedules often don't allow time for proper meals and many rely on sugary snacks to keep going during the season. At a time of high stress and high-energy expenditure, our bodies and minds crave proper food and powerful ingredients that offer natural benefits. For the sake of ease and optimal health, we've listed our favourite and most accessible, centrally located food options to visit in London:
Just above the hustle and bustle of busy Oxford Street, Sanderson is a welcome relief from the busy streets of Soho. The Wake Up Well menu, available until the 30th September, is the perfect way to enjoy natural, nourishing and delicious ingredients in a contemporary, relaxed environment.

Just around the corner from Oxford Cirus, Ethos is a pay-by-weight restaurant specialising in vegetarian dishes. If you time it right, you can get discounted meals at the end of the day to save on waste too!
Our favourite export to come out of Hawaii since brightly coloured shirts and Spam, poke has taken London by storm in 2016. Ahi Poke near Fitzrovia serves four signature bowls alongside a bespoke, build your own option. It’s one of the best lunches in town!
