Qnola was developed as a healthy alternative to processed, sugary cereals that so many people consume on a daily basis, unaware of its true effects on the body and mind (which are wrongly advertised as positive and healthy). Qnola involves only natural ingredients that nourish the body and taste amazing too, but we are more than just a food brand, and our mission is to promote an all-encompassing approach to 'Waking Up Well' through mindfulness, spirituality, natural movement, aromatherapy and much more. The Winter months are a time of constant transition which is why we generally crave comforting food (and more of it!?), and sticking to our usual healthy habits can easily go off track. It's hard to navigate aaround constant supplies of prosecco, mince pies and canapés.
We’re all guilty of going over board around Christmas time, which is why we’re already thinking about what we can do in January to reduce the sluggish feeling. For us, January is about rebalancing and resetting our routines, which, every year, includes re-introducing daily exercise or making resolutions to get better at it that last year!
Whether it's walking to work, cycling to the shops, taking time for yoga or simply a short Sunday run around the park - do it in style. These fitnesswear brands will motivate you to jump straight into your leggings, and you're practically half way to the gym!

USA Pro x LITTLE MIX – Panel Tights
Though we love technical and natural fabrics, we also appreciate that workout wear can cost a small fortune. These jazzy leggings won’t break the bank but will keep you comfortably supported at the gym or on the road.

After all this activity, you’re going to need some down time; chill and Wind Down Well in style in a super-soft jumpsuit that doesn’t make you look like an overgrown toddler.
