A series of pre-work events dedicated to waking up on a more mindful, grounded and centered level. Offering guided meditation, open discussion and a deeply nourishing breakfast bag to go, these events are designed to ease you into the day more gradually, to reach a state of clarity, and to reduce morning stresses.

Join us for the second instalment of Mindful Mornings on Thursday 7th July with guest teacher Kathryn Fielding to help you wake more positively and more grounded.

Many people are roused from their slumber by unnatural means, which are disturbing to the body and mind when they are at their most fragile. Although alarms are a necessary evil in this day in age, they trigger a sense of panic, haste and hostility in us, and instead of waking up naturally and gradually, our neurological system is jolted and our body’s and mind’s natural instincts are to remain like this throughout the day. However, we believe that if you give yourself a little more time in the mornings to focus on thinking positively, you're more likely to think more positively and openly about things that take place

To encourage and inspire people to wake up more positively, more open and more centered, our Mindful Morning events will involve a cleansing morning tonic followed by half an hour of meditation lead by Kathryn Fielding. Guests will then enjoy an in-house or take-away Qnola breakfast bag consisting of a pot of seasonal Qnola, a ready-to- eat breakfast pot, a medicinal hot drink, a seasonal smoothie and other snacks designed to keep you going throughout the day.
